Although we already carry super low prices, we STILL offer public discounts for various types of sales events throughout the year for everyone to shop as a guest.
But we tend to take pride in our exclusive discounts for members! Membership is free and only requires creating an account. The discounts are bigger and more frequent!

Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns because for one, our prices are so low that the costs of shipping anything back would never be justified. And if it were a profitable or break even course of action, we still would have have room in our limited storage as we are constantly adding new items to our queue and filling up empty space as we are shipping our products.
We DO however, have some occasions where partial or full refunds may be warranted depending on the circumstance. But in most cases, a credit towards a customers account is most likely the outcome. In any case, situations such as customers making the wrong choice in their selection does not warrant a credit or refund. We publish enough high quality images and product details for anyone to make practical decisions when shopping. Like any yard sale, we all know nothing is refundable. About Us
My name is David, and I’m the founder of Mall Day Long. I formed this business because I can’t afford to be a real treasure hunter so my aim was to intercept unwanted items that still have value from being dumped into a landfill. What started off as the joy of upcycling and recycling random products, turned into salvaging various sources for items on the local market as well as helping others sell their stuff on consignment.
And since people love a good thrift shop or garage sell, why not provide one that everyone can visit any time of day or night when it’s convenient for them?!

About Our Products
Our products come from a variety of sources including auctions, estates, local sales/exchanges, and even people who are simply wanting to keep their unwanted valuables from entering landfills. We even carry items on consignment for other people who just have a few things to rid of and don’t have or want the time to list online themselves.
Featured Products: These products are showcased at the top of the home page and are posted on other online platforms within 48 hours. Therefore, typically selling quicker than other items listed on this website. So if interested, it’s best to get them before you see them disappear!

Quality of Products
Each product has been assessed and/or tested to ensure it still holds value and is published to the website with its labeled condition.
Any product which requires power has been plugged in or battery tested to ensure it operates. Any discrepancies are published in description.
Production conditions are labeled at one of the five following ratings:
1 Star– Items that are fully functioning but may have missing or damaged elements due to moderate abuse.
2 Star– Items that are lightly abused such as scuffs, scratches, fading, holes, etc.
3 Star– Products that just have the normal wear & tear associated.
4 Star– Products that are near new condition in both appearance and operational purpose which may or may not come with manufacturers packaging.
5 Star– Products that are still new and in its original manufacturers packaging.

Product Pricing
Our products are listed with a current market value price and adjusted to our price based on the condition of the items listed. Few exceptions may exist where the item is on consignment and is at the discretion of its owner to control price.
Although we do have our items significantly marked down, we will always match the price if you find one lower online and you are ALWAYS encouraged to Make an Offer for any product we have listed. This exciting feature may allow you to get an even better deal whether your offer is accepted or a counter offer is made!

Shipping
Shipping Rates
Our shipping rates are based on the current rates provided by both U.S. Postal Service and UPS. Our algorithm calculates the shipping charge for your order based on your entire orders gross weight, dimension of package(s) as well as it’s distance and automatically pushes out the lowest cost to ship your order, telling us which carrier to use.

Shipping Options
You have the choice of standard or expedited shipping but not necessarily in choosing which carrier to ship with as our shipping module identifies the line between package weights and dimensions and the difference between USPS and UPS then automatically publishes the lowest cost of the two.
An exception to this in under two conditions.
1)P.O. Boxes only accepted USPS as the carrier because UPS will not ship to a post office.
2) Any expedited shipping will always be through UPS as faster delivery with USPS just cannot match UPS’ rates for the speed in which they deliver.
3 Ways to earn FREE shipping!
1) Spend at least $25 with an order containing all items that are small enough to be shipped in packaging like padded envelopes.
2) Spend at least $50 with an order containing any mix of regular sized or small items.
3) Spend at least $100 with an order containing any mix of any products suitable for shipping, including larger/heavier items.
*NOTE: any of these FREE shipping rules apply to domestic shipping only and are automatically triggered upon checkout.

Local Pickup or Delivery
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is automatically available as a shipping option for those whose zipcode is within a reasonable radius of our base location. This options is also only available on products which simply do not justify the price of the item against the costs in which it takes to ship via carrier. However, all items included in your order will be subject to be included with local pickup as well unless for some reason, you prefer to have smaller items shipped out on their own or to a different address. Local Pickup also provides the opportunity to pay with cash, Venmo or CashApp upon arrival to pickup your order.
Delivery Options
We do offer direct delivery options for all local customers if you prefer us to hand deliver or you simply do not have the means to pickup/haul your order yourself. This option is more expensive than just shipping out your order via Postal Mail however, may be the necessary selection should you choose to purchase an item that is too large for standard shipping to begin with. After checkout, you will be emailed a quote with a list of the next 5 available slots for your order to be delivered. Delivery is charged by distance at the current rate which will be included in the quote. Upon choosing the best option for you from the quote, it will be converted into an invoice for you to then make payment. As long as payment is made in full prior to the date/time you have scheduled for delivery, your order can be delivered and then completed in full.
